Returns

To qualify for a return:

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item was damaged or incorrect.

Non-Returnable Items

Due to the nature of spiritual, ritual, and personal products, certain items cannot be returned once opened or used.

Non-returnable items include:

  • Opened candles

  • Spiritual oils

  • Herbs and incense

  • Spiritual baths or powders

  • Ritual items once opened or used

These items are considered final sale for hygiene and spiritual practice reasons.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

To process your claim, we may request:

  • Photos of the damaged product

  • Photos of the shipping packaging

We will provide either:

  • a replacement product, or

  • a full refund if the item cannot be replaced.

Refunds

Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the status of your refund.

If approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method.

Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Shipping Costs

Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to an error on our part.
